Ingredients-2 burritos,1 cup refried beans,1 cup mexican rice,1 onion finely chopped,1 tomato finely chopped,1/2 cup lettuce chopped,cheese thinly sliced,1/2 cup sour cream,olive oil or ghee,salt to taste Preparation-Heat the already cooked burrito on a pan with some olive oil.After heating it up, transfer it onto a plate and fold it Add refried beans,mexican rice,cheese,tomatoes,sour cream,onions and lettuce.Roll it up and the bean burrito is ready to serve.

Ingredients- 2 cups beans, 3 tbsp olive oil , 2 onions diced, 4 cloves of garlic minced,2 tsp cumin powder,1tsp red chilli powder 2 tsp amchur, 1 cup water,salt and pepper to taste Preparation-Heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, and sauté until soft, about 10 minutes. Add garlic and continue sautéing for another minute or two. Stir in the beans, spices, and 1cup of water.Mash the beans into the liquid. If they seem too dry, add more liquid. Taste and adjust the spices. Note: Sesame oil adds a wonderful flavor to refried beans. Refried beans are divine when topped with cheddar cheese, sour cream, and red onion.

Try this Mediterranean Diet meze. Greek salad is a healthy combo of tomatoes, feta, Kalamata olives, oregano, olive oil, onions, peppers, and more. You can add capers and pickled or hot peppers to it, but don’t add lettuce, ever!
